“The Eye Is Not Satisfied With Seeing”, By Jennifer Packer

Jennifer Packer’s current solo exhibition “The Eye Is Not Satisfied With Seeing” at the Whitney Museum of American Art in NYC is simply outstanding. The scale and intimacy of the exhibition is masterful as is her ability to paint figurative and still life paintings and drawings in such a freshly expressive approach. As a painter, she is such a huge inspiration and I cannot encourage everyone enough to go visit this exhibition. It is up through April 17 this year, so if you find yourself in NYC, go do yourself a favor and experience her work.
