Refunds & Transfers
All deposits and balances for classes, workshops, talks, and artist demonstrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we understand that emergencies happen, so if you are unable to attend a class that you have paid-in-full, and you cancel with more than forty-five (45) days notice before a scheduled class session, you may request to credit or transfer 50% of total workshop fee to another class or workshop within 12 months of request. If you cancel within forty-five (45) days of a scheduled course, you will forfeit your entire tuition.
Course Changes or Cancellations
The Studio Visit reserves the right to cancel any class, limit class size, change class times or substitute instructors for those listed in the schedule. If a class is canceled, students may choose to receive a full refund or may transfer – with no fee – to another class or workshop. If The Studio Visit cancels for any reason, all payments can be refunded.
Participation Waiver
Registrant acknowledges that registration and participation is voluntary, and that by registering for this workshop/class that he/she is solely responsible for any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained on the premises or any location where any workshop/class is being conducted including virtually.
Publicity Waiver
Unless informed otherwise, The Studio Visit will consider photographs taken of students enrolled and their artwork to be permissible for publication in The Studio Visit’s informational publications, including the web.
Refunds & Transfers All deposits for classes, workshops and artist demonstrations are non-refundable. No exceptions. All workshop deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, however, if you are unable to attend a workshop or class for which you have paid-in-full , you may request a non-transferable credit of 50% of the total workshop fee to another class or workshop no later than forty-five days prior the scheduled start of the workshop. Requests made after forty-five days prior to the scheduled start of the workshop are automatically denied regardless of workshop status. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance, which can protect you by refunding monies paid if you need to cancel your trip due to an emergency. Travel insurance is very affordable and can protect you in other ways as well. CFAS reserves the right to cancel any class, limit class size, change class times or substitute instructors for those listed in the schedule. If a class is canceled by The Studio Visit,, students may choose to receive a full refund or may transfer. If The Studio Visit cancels for any reason, all payments can be refunded.
